Join us for a single session or the whole all-inclusive Gentle Yoga Flow series (followed by a recovery meeting), led by Meaghan E.

Building the bridge between the body and the mind using the breath, these classes will explore gentle yoga shapes that support the development of flexibility & strength: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
