Ecstatic Dance – Groove with Itsy

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, drug- and alcohol-free dance practice that uses music to guide participants through a meditative journey of self-expression and emotional release, fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit without any required steps or choreography. The goal is to move intuitively, letting go of self-consciousness and experiencing a state of “ecstasy” or profound joy and connection.
