Drum Circle w/Cathy

Drumming is an embodiment of prayer inviting us to listen deeply to the heartbeat of God/Higher Power/Spirit of Life. Joyful and uplifting, we discover our own rhythms and connect to the rhythms of others. Join us for an experience of group drumming where we will explore the drum and how to create wonderful music together. No experience is necessary; drums & percussion will be provided (or feel free to bring your own). We will experience sharing, unity, and prayer through the rhythms of the drums – tapping into our moving, emotional, and intellectual centers.

Catherine Campanaro is a graduate of Moravian College, DeSales University, Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development, and the Lehigh Valley Celebrant Academy. Cathy practices Spiritual Direction out of her home, focusing on Dream Work and 12 Step Spirituality. She has a passion for creating Sacred Space, Recovery and the 12 Steps, Dream Work and Contemplation. She is a Certified Celebrant  and a minister of the Church of Universal Life and performs life event celebrations. She is a trained Remo HealthRHYTHMS® facilitator and received her drum circle facilitation training from Jim Donovan. She is a member of the Dharma Drummers and Merry Drum Troupe.

** Weather permitting, we will be drumming in the meadow (please bring your own chair 💺). In the event of unfavorable weather, we will drum at the Sync office. **
