Join Taryn and Heather in this deliciously decadent sound journey into deep relaxation. Beginning with an introduction we will move effortlessly into a gentle yoga stretch, settle into a restorative posture, follow Heather as she gently guides you through a meditative body scan while Taryn evokes peaceful energy utilizing singing bowls, triangles, etc. to assist in your holistic restore. Our time together will include a recovery discussion and reiki.
