Join Sync as we move effortlessly through a gentle yoga stretch, settle into a restorative posture, immersing in the peaceful energy of singing bowls to assist in your holistic restore. Our time together will include a recovery discussion. 

Please bring yoga mat and any props you feel comfortable suing. Limited to 20 participants.
