Sound Medicine for Recovery

Join Sync Recovery at HeartWell House for Sound Medicine for Recovery, a sound bath + acupuncture healing experience!

Combining gentle sound therapy, acupuncture, and restorative movement, this unique experience is designed for the recovery community to relax the nervous system, provide tools to manage stress, and feel good naturally!

John Muraco combines 20+ years working as a sound therapist, yoga teacher, and expressive arts educator/therapist.

Paolo Propato understands how emotional imbalance can manifest into pain and illness. Through acupuncture and herbalism, he seeks to restore one’s resilience, insight, and empowerment.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, get some tea, and relax. The space will be warm and inviting. You will be provided with blankets and bolsters to feel as comfortable as possible.
