Sound Bath – Carbon County

Join Sync and Zen with Zegley as we settle into a restorative posture, immersing ourselves in the peaceful energy of singing bowls to assist in your whole body restore. Our time together will include a recovery discussion.  Please bring a yoga mat and any props you feel comfortable using.   

*All children must be supervised the entire time by a guardian.
