Higher Ground – ‘Ridge Wake 🆙 Hike
Hikes are moderate to hard – be prepared for a brisk pace, challenging trails, and a good workout. There will be a recovery meeting during or at the conclusion of our hike.Â
All walks of recovery are welcome. Please bring healthy snacks to fuel your body and water for hydration; wear appropriate attire. (Sturdy, closed toe shoes and layered clothing is recommended. Orange or bright colored clothing is a plus.)
