Higher Ground Hikers – Ralph Stover Park

Hikes are moderate to hard; be prepared for a brisk pace, challenging trails, and a good workout. We will have a recovery meeting during or at the conclusion of our hike.

All walks of recovery are welcome. Please bring healthy snacks to fuel your body and water for hydration; wear appropriate attire (sturdy, closed toe shoes and layered clothing is recommended; orange or bright colored clothing is a plus). 

Always practice Leave No Trace ethics on your adventures and follow local regulations. Please explore responsibly!
