Musikfest Performer in Recovery – The Arc of Sound with John Muraco

John Muraco believes that everyone possesses unique inner resources for healing, growth, and reconnecting with life. He also recognizes that stress, challenges, and change are inevitable parts of the human experience. Through The Arc of Sound and the therapeutic approaches he incorporates, John helps participants access these inner strengths while discovering healthy ways to navigate life’s many twists and turns.

John is the owner of HeartWell House Expressive Therapies, where he provides Art Therapy, Yoga, and Sound Therapy for individuals and groups. He is currently focused on delivering Tune-In to Sobriety, a recovery-centered workshop for treatment centers throughout the Northeast. With more than 23 years in recovery, John is passionate about helping others activate the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals through healthy practices. His warm, lighthearted approach encourages resilience, connection, and joy, even in the midst of life’s challenges.
