Escape to the Adirondacks at Our Treehouse Retreat – Eco-Spirituality, Yoga & Boating adventure!

* Arrive Friday 4pm – Settle in and share a Potluck dinner (bring a dish to share) and icebreaker

* Saturday Morning – Guided Meditation and yoga stretch. Breakfast served.

* Saturday Afternoon – Drive to Canoe launch and float on Forked Lake amidst the ADK high peaks (lunch provided)

* Saturday Evening – Bonfire and free-time. Dinner served.

* Saturday Night – Stargazing for Perseids Meteor shower in the pitch black ADK sky !

* Sunday – Eco-spiritual Tree-Yoga and Forest Sound Bath on the hill! Breakfast served.

* Sunday Afternoon – Free time

* Monday morning – Breakfast and departure
