Sync & Blue Zones Walking Moai – Thursdays
Step into connection, movement, and longevity with Sync & Blue Zones Walking Moai—a weekly gathering inspired by the time-honored tradition of walking together in community. Rooted in the principles of the Blue Zones, where people live longer, healthier lives, a “moai” is a small group that supports one another through shared experience and intention.
Join us Wednesday evenings at STR Behavioral Health and/or Thursday mornings at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus in May for a gentle, welcoming walk. Whether you’re early in recovery or simply seeking connection, this is a space to move your body, clear your mind, and build meaningful relationships.
Each walk is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and walk alongside others committed to wellness, presence, and community. No pressure, no expectations—just fresh air, supportive company, and the simple power of putting one foot in front of the other together.
Come as you are. Walk with us.
