Sponsorship and Exhibit Tables at SoberPlatz

We invite you to partner with Sync Recovery Community as a sponsor of SoberPlatz, a welcoming, alcohol-free gathering space at Musikfest in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Presented by Northampton County Council and in partnership with Sync Recovery Community and ArtsQuest, SoberPlatz returns for its second year at Musikfest 2026. This free, inclusive, alcohol-free space is located on the SouthSide of Musikfest at the ArtsQuest Campus at SteelStacks, next to AmericaPlatz and the FlyWheel.

The 43rd annual Musikfest is set for July 31 – August 9, with a preview night on July 30, 2026. Founded in 1984, Musikfest is the nation’s largest free music festival and is an incredible 10-day celebration of performing and visual arts held every August in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Featuring more than 400 performers and 500 performances across 16 stages (15 are free), Musikfest attracts over 1 million people each year!

Presenting Sponsorship – $10,000

As the Presenting Sponsor of SoberPlatz at Musikfest 2026, your organization will receive prominent recognition and visibility through both ArtsQuest and Sync Recovery Community marketing channels before, during, and after the festival.

Benefits Include:

• Presenting Sponsor Recognition as the official Presenting Sponsor of SoberPlatz at Musikfest 2026, including recognition in press releases, promotional materials, and sponsor acknowledgments.
• Website & App Visibility featuring your name and/or logo with a link on the Musikfest website, including the Musikfestivities section and Daily Schedule, the Musikfest App, and the Sync Recovery website.

• Extended Community Impact Recognition
  • Recognition in the official SoberPlatz event recap story and video.
  • Feature article highlighting your partnership in an upcoming Sync Recovery newsletter.

• Supporting Sponsor Recognition as an official Supporting Sponsor of SoberPlatz at Musikfest 2026.

Table Space at SoberPlatz (Corporate) – $500

Connect directly with festivalgoers through a dedicated 10′ x 10′ booth space at SoberPlatz on a mutually agreed-upon date. This opportunity allows your organization to engage with attendees, share information about your services and initiatives, distribute promotional materials, and demonstrate your support for an inclusive, alcohol-free space at Musikfest 2026.

Table Space at SoberPlatz (Nonprofit) – $250

Engage with festival attendees through a dedicated 10′ x 10′ booth space at SoberPlatz on a mutually agreed-upon weekday during Musikfest 2026. This opportunity allows your organization to share information about your mission, connect with community members, distribute educational materials, and highlight the valuable work you do in our community.
