Join Sync and Zen with Zegley for a soothing restorative session designed to promote deep relaxation and whole-body renewal. Immerse yourself in the calming sounds of singing bowls, guiding you into a peaceful state of recovery. The session includes a thoughtful recovery discussion to support your well-being.
