Paddleboarding Adventure
Join Sync Recovery and Miss Melanie for a two-hour Paddleboarding Adventure designed for beginners. Participants will learn essential paddleboard skills, water safety, and techniques to build confidence and comfort on the board while enjoying a guided outing on the water. Be prepared to get wet and feel at ease both in and around the water.
Recovery is about reconnecting with yourself, and movement can be part of that journey. Opioid use disorder can place significant strain on the body, and paddleboarding offers a gentle yet energizing way to rebuild physical wellness. This low-impact, full-body activity supports:
- Improved core strength and balance
- Increased cardiovascular endurance
- Muscle conditioning without excessive strain
Whether you’re trying something new or easing back into exercise, this experience offers a chance to build confidence, enjoy the outdoors, and discover the restorative power of being on the water. 🌊🛶
Limited to 10 participants; each person must register separately.
All participants must be able to swim. Paddlers must be 6 + years of age.
This project is made possible through the Opioid Settlement Fund | Bucks County, PA.
