Hike at Ralph Stover State Park

Join Sync Recovery for a beautiful Hike at Ralph Stover State Park—a place known to locals as “High Cliffs!” Difficulty level of moderate due to rocky sections, roots, and an elevation shift.

We will walk about two total miles (out and back) on a mix of easy to moderate terrain with one steep section. Along the way, we will take in lovely views, fall foliage, a stunning overlook of the horseshoe bend, and enjoy listening to rushing water of the Tohickon Creek.

Once we reach the creek, we will gather for a discussion to reflect on our experience, celebrate our progress, and strengthen our network of support in a peaceful, natural setting.

Meet at Ralph Stover/High Rocks Vista Parking Area

Closed-toe shoes/hiking boots recommended; bring along any water/snacks you may need and always practice no trace left behind. Please dress comfortably for weather.

There is only one seasonal port-a-potty/non-flush restroom located here. Please plan ahead.

Limited to 10 participants; please register each person separately. Children must be accompanied by a guardian the entire time.
