Eco-Spirituality Walk: The Wisdom of Trees

Step into the quiet wisdom of the forest and reconnect with something deeper during Sync Recovery’s Eco-Spirituality Walk: The Wisdom of Trees at Jacobsburg State Park – Henry’s Woods Trail.

Together, we’ll gather among the trees to explore the grounding, healing presence they offer—rooted in stillness, resilience, and quiet strength. Through guided reflection, and shared connection, we’ll honor the lessons trees can teach
us about growth, balance, and belonging.

Park & meet at Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center and we will collectively walk over to Henry’s Woods Trail. Come as you are and allow nature to remind you: you are supported, you are growing, and you are never alone. 🌳

Limited to 12 participants; please register each person individually. Dress appropriately for the weather and wear supportive shoes.
