A Mid-Summer’s Eco-Spirituality Walk
Join Sync Recovery for A Mid-Summer’s Eco-Spirituality Walk at Wy-Hit-Tuk Park in Easton. Surrounded by midsummer abundance, participants will explore the theme of “The Wild Mind & Restoring Connection” through gentle reflection, mindful movement, and sensory awareness in nature.
Mid-summer invites us to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the parts of ourselves that thrive in stillness, curiosity, and wonder. During this guided walk, participants will be encouraged to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the earth through silence, observation, and grounding practices.
The walk will include a period of intentional silence where participants will use only their senses to experience the sounds, textures, movement, and beauty of the summer landscape—rustling leaves, bird calls, flowing water, and the living energy all around them.
Limited to 20 participants; please register each person individually. Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
