Horseplay and Recovery

Join Sync and Turn Key Equestrian for Horseplay and Recovery in Upper Bucks! Enjoy a fun day at the barn filled with connection, confidence, and community, horse-style! No experience is needed. Just bring a willingness to try something new and meet some two- and four-legged friends.

We’ll begin with a facility tour and basic horse safety. Then, we’ll head to the pastures to meet the horses and bring them in together. Next, you’ll learn to halter, lead, groom, and saddle the horses. We’ll then head into the arena to walk alongside them and take turns riding on a lead line with a trainer. Afterwards, we’ll learn about post-ride care and give our equine friends some well-earned treats!

Spending time with horses offers a chance to slow down, build confidence, and enjoy the moment. Plus, it’s a wonderful way to connect with others in recovery! We’ll wrap up with an all-pathways Community Sharing Circle to reflect, share, and strengthen our recovery community.

Space is limited, so register today and saddle up for a good time!

A few important details:

• Limited to 15 participants. Please register each person separately.
• What to wear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
• Children: Must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
