Join Sync Recovery at Peace Valley Nature Center for this month’s Eco-Spirituality Walk: Self-Love & Compassion—a contemplative winter walk where we’ll slow down together and reflect on how care for the natural world mirrors care for ourselves—honoring rest and patience.

Through quiet observation, guided reflection, and shared presence, this experience invites participants to deepen self-connection, release self-judgment, and nurture a kinder inner voice. In the stillness of the season, we create space to remember that self-love is not indulgence, but a vital practice that sustains healing, wholeness, and hope.
