Come on out and gather with others and have some fun! This group is for people who love rhythm, music, and creative expression. We ALL have music within, no experience required. We gather for communal sound exploration and expression, expressing rhythmically and melodically, listening deeply, and nurturing the self that craves communal music making.

All forms of musicality and recovery pathways are welcome.
