Wilderness Survival Training
During this course you’ll learn all there is to know about surviving in the wilderness. These are skills anyone venturing into the woods should possess. We will show you the four basic elements of survival in-depth: Shelter Building, Fire Starting, Water Filtration, and what to carry in your daypack.
With over 13 billion trips into the outdoors, 9 out of 10 people are uninformed about Leave No Trace ethics. This training will show us how to minimize our ecological and social impacts so we can ensure that what WE leave behind is thriving wildlife, clean water, healthy parks and sustainable trails.
All walks of recovery are welcome. Please bring healthy snacks to fuel your body and water for hydration; wear appropriate attire. (Sturdy, closed toe shoes and layered clothing is recommended. Orange or bright colored clothing is a plus.)
Always practice Leave No Trace ethics on your adventures and follow local regulations. Please explore responsibly!
