Musikfest Performer in Recovery – KOSER

Philadelphia’s award-winning KOSER is a five-piece alternative rock spectacle fronted by powerhouse vocalist Kara Koser, recognized from NBC’s The Voice. Dubbed “galactic glitter grunge,” the band delivers gritty guitars, soulful vocals, cinematic storytelling, and electrifying improvisation. Since forming in 2022, KOSER has earned festival wins and regional acclaim, opened NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest On The Road Tour, and appeared on WMMR, NBC10, Q102, and more. For fans of art-rock tension, punk urgency, and ferocious dance moves, KOSER delivers the kind of performance that makes you stop walking, stay awhile, and leave a little sweatier than you arrived.

KOSER was Sync Recovery Community’s headliner, in partnership with the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks, on June 5th with the Path to SoberPlatz concert event.

The concert date will mark KOSER’s 8th year in sobriety.
