Group Somatic Energy Healing

Join Sync and friends at HeartWell House for this Group Somatic Energy Healing event. Somatic Energy Healing integrates the mind, body and soul, merging science and spirituality, to create a holistic approach to healing. These sessions are intended to restore energy flow in the body that becomes disrupted when we are living in a state of survival mode as a result of our past experiences and unresolved trauma.

This group session will be facilitated by a trauma informed somatic energy healer.  Participants will be laying on a mat and may experience various emotions, cold/hot sensations, tingling, jerking spontaneous movements or pure relaxation. Each participate will feel things  differently. No experience during the session is right or wrong as your body will receive exactly what it needs. Please dress comfortably.

⚠ For your safety and well-being, please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have a seizure disorder or are taking medication for a major mood disorder.

⚠ Please note: This experience may be emotionally activating for some participants, as it encourages the body to reconnect with feelings that may have once been too difficult or unsafe to process.

Limited to 10 participants. Each person must register separately.
