This Valentine’s season, Sync Recovery invites you to gather in rhythm and community at A Clean Slate in Bangor for a heart-centered drum circle focused on connection, self-love, and renewal. Drumming offers a powerful, grounding way to release stress, regulate emotions, and strengthen our sense of belonging—essential elements on the recovery journey.

As we drum together, we’ll explore themes of compassion, healthy connection, and starting fresh – honoring the courage it takes to show up for ourselves and one another.
