Yoga and Meeting at the Hope Center: Core-Balance with Meaghan
Combining postures, breathwork, meditation, and a recovery meeting, we will work towards increasing flexibility and strength. Taught through a trauma-informed lens, Meg will lead us
through sequences that will bolster our resilience – skills that we can learn on the mat and take with us into our day.
