Sync Recovery Adventure-Hike the Lehigh Gap on the AT

This is a 3.6 mile rigorous hike. We’ll head up @1000 vertical feet in the first mile. Great views at top and a nice traverse back down. Please wear sturdy close toed shoes. Bring water for hydration and food to nourish you.
