Recovery Yoga w/Meaghan – Sunday Mornings

  • Join us for a single session or the whole all-inclusive Gentle Yoga Flow series (followed by a recovery meeting), led by Meaghan E.
  • Building the bridge between the body and the mind using the breath, these classes will explore gentle yoga shapes that support the development of flexibility & strength: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  • No yoga experience necessary! All walks of recovery are welcome. Please wear appropriate attire.
