This program is intended for general informational purposes only. Individualized health concerns always need to be considered. Allergies and sensitivities are possible with any food, cultivated or wild. Be 100% certain of the identity of any plant or mushroom before consuming it. Cross-reference multiple sources before ingesting any wild food. The responsibility for eating any species rests with the individual.

Chuck of Chuckwalks will also assist on this foraging adventure.  In addition to what the Forager will offer as noted above, he will include a welcome, warm up, a gratitude/centering practice, mindful walking/forest bathing, and council practice. In addition he will offer a Tea Ceremony that will incorporate wild items we will forage during the event. Each participant will have the opportunity to taste.

Please dress appropriately for hiking in the woods and bring water and snacks to nourish your body.

Please call our Director of Peer Support, Per Hagen, at 215.380.3341 if you need more information.
