SUMMARY:Drum Circle: Rooted in Gratitude
DESCRIPTION:\nDrum Circle: Rooted in Gratitude\nAs autumn settles in and nature prepares for winter, we are invited to slow down, reflect, and recognize the many gifts that surround us. Join Sync Recovery at A Clean Slate ( https://cleanslatebangor.org/ ) for a Gratitude Drum Circle as we come together in rhythm, connection, and appreciation for the people, experiences, and moments that enrich our lives and support our recovery.\nThrough shared rhythm, mindful reflection, and a spirit of community, we’ll explore gratitude as a pathway to greater connection, wellness, and hope. No drumming experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to be present.\nTogether, we’ll celebrate how gratitude helps us recognize our growth, honor our journey, and discover the beauty of being in sync with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.\nCome as you are. Find your rhythm. Celebrate the gifts of today.\nLimited to 12 participants. Please register each person separately.\n\nPlease create a profile ( https://syncrecovery.org/add-profile/ ) or log in ( https://syncrecovery.org/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsyncrecovery.org%2F%3Fid%3D20281%26method%3Dical ) to register for this event.\n
