A variety of moderate to-steep and winding trails create an adventurous experience for hikers and mountain bikers.\nA HIDDEN GEM – Sandwiched between the two ridges of Glen Run Nature Preserve lies a hidden gem: Glen Run Lake. This 5-acre spring-fed lake is home to waterbirds such as ducks and herons, as well as frogs and turtles.\nAll walks of recovery are welcome. Please wear appropriate attire; bring water & snacks to fuel your body. Always practice Leave No Trace ethics on your adventures and follow local regulations. Please explore responsibly! Some steeper inclines and some tree roots and rocks to navigate. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.\nLimited to 12 participants; please register each person separately.
