DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin Sync Recovery for a beautiful Hike at Ralph Stover State Park—a place known to locals as “High Cliffs!” Difficulty level of moderate due to rocky sections, roots, and an elevation shift.\nWe will walk about two total miles (out and back) on a mix of easy to moderate terrain with one steep section. Along the way, we will take in lovely views, fall foliage, a stunning overlook of the horseshoe bend, and enjoy listening to rushing water of the Tohickon Creek.\nOnce we reach the creek, we will gather for a discussion to reflect on our experience, celebrate our progress, and strengthen our network of support in a peaceful, natural setting.\nRecovery happens in connection—come walk, talk, and grow with us!\nMeet at Ralph Stover/High Rocks Vista Parking Area\nClosed-toe shoes/hiking boots recommended; bring along any water/snacks you may need and always practice no trace left behind. Please dress comfortably for weather.\nThere is only one seasonal port-a-potty/non-flush restroom located here. Please plan ahead.\nLimited to 10 participants; please register each person separately.
