SUMMARY:Drum Circle: Release • Harvest • Grounding
DESCRIPTION:\nAs the season begins to turn inward, join Sync Recovery for a special fall Drum Circle: Release • Harvest • Grounding at the Kirkridge Farmhouse.\nAutumn reminds us that letting go is a natural part of growth. Together, we’ll use rhythm, reflection, and community to consider what we’re ready to release, what we’ve harvested along our recovery journey, and what helps us stay grounded as we move into a new season.\nCome drum, breathe, listen, reflect, and connect. Whether you’re joining us for the day or spending the weekend at Sync’s Fall Campout, this circle offers a welcoming space to let go of what no longer serves us, celebrate how far we’ve come, and find our rhythm together.\nNo experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to move forward one beat at a time.\nLimited to 20 participants. Please register each person separately.\n\nPlease create a profile ( https://syncrecovery.org/add-profile/ ) or log in ( https://syncrecovery.org/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsyncrecovery.org%2F%3Fid%3D20149%26method%3Dical ) to register for this event.\n
