He is currently focused on delivering Tune-In to Sobriety, a recovery-centered workshop for treatment centers throughout the Northeast. With more than 23 years in recovery, John is passionate about helping others activate the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals through healthy practices. His warm, lighthearted approach encourages resilience, connection, and joy, even in the midst of life’s challenges.\nNo registration is required.
