This interactive hike offers a chance to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the therapeutic benefits of animal companionship in a relaxed and supportive environment.\nAs we walk scenic trails at a comfortable, inclusive pace, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to interact with the goats, share laughter, and connect with others in the recovery community. No hiking experience is necessary.\nAfter the hike, we’ll gather for a sharing circle where participants can reflect on the experience, connect with peers, and explore topics such as resilience, self-care, mindfulness, community support, and finding joy in everyday moments.\nWhether you’re new to recovery or have years of experience, this event offers a fun and meaningful opportunity to strengthen your wellness, build lasting connections, and enjoy the restorative benefits of nature, animals, and community. We look forward to hiking, connecting, and growing together.\nLimited to 9 participants. All children must be accompanied the entire event by a guardian. Each person must register separately.
