DESCRIPTION:Join Sync and Turn Key Equestrian ( https://www.facebook.com/turnkeyequestrian/ ) for Horseplay and Recovery—a relaxed and fun day at the barn where connection, confidence, and community come together—horse-style! No experience needed—just a willingness to show up, and make some new two and four-legged friends.\nWe’ll kick things off with a group tour of the Turn Key Equestrian facility, go over basic horse safety, and take care of a few essentials like signing waivers. Then we’ll head out to the pastures to meet the horses and bring them in together. You’ll get hands-on experience: Haltering and leading horses to the barn, grooming (yes, brushing and picking hooves!), saddling up and putting on bridles. We will experience walking with horses in the arena and take turns riding on a lead line with a trainer. Afterwards, we’ll learn about cooling down and caring for the horses post-ride and feed a few well-earned treats.\nThis experience is all about slowing down, connecting with these amazing animals, and enjoying the calm that comes with being present. Whether you’re brushing a horse or walking beside one, it’s a great way to connect with others in recovery and do something just a little bit magical. All this and an all pathways recovery meeting!\nSpace is limited to 15 participants—sign up today and saddle up for a good time!\nPlease register each person separately.
