DESCRIPTION:Meet up at the Sync Kirkridge office at 9am, where we’ll carpool to the Poconos on a breathtaking hiking tour of some amazing local WATERFALLS ( https://www.poconomountains.com/things-to-do/outdoors-adventure/waterfalls/?view=list&sort=qualityScore&bounds=false )!!!! Hikes are moderate to hard – be prepared for a brisk pace, challenging trails, and a good workout. We’ll stop for lunch, coffee, a recovery meeting, and of course photo ops 📷 along the way. This will be an all day event; 5pm end time is only an estimate – actual end time TBD.\nAll walks of recovery are welcome. Please bring healthy snacks to fuel your body and water for hydration; wear appropriate attire. (Sturdy, closed toe shoes and layered clothing is recommended.
