Housing a stream of new guests (emotions) daily.  Using Rumi’s poem “the Guest House” as inspiration, we will spend the day in a therapeutic art and self expression experiential.  We will explore the guests that come knocking on our internal doors both familiar and forgotten and in a supportive and nurturing way.  In this “no experience necessary” day retreat we will enjoy nourishing food, teas, have 2 full yoga sessions, Dharma Recovery meeting, and a complete Arc of Sound live music meditation.  We will relax, rejuvenate, and celebrate recovery and self care – a wonderful way to enter the fall and winter seasons.\nThis is a working schedule and subject to change.\n10:00 – 10:15 – Introductions . . .
