DESCRIPTION:Hikes are moderate to hard – be prepared for a brisk pace, challenging trails, and a good workout. There will be a recovery meeting during or at the conclusion of our hike. We will meet at Camp Charles ( http://www.campcharles.com/ ), carpool to Tammany lot, hike Mt Tammany Loop, and carpool back to camp for some more fun-filled activities. \nAll walks of recovery are welcome.
